New unworn items may be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note this does not include earrings or bespoke orders.

If you require an exchange please email ellenfabfillies@gmail.com to arrange same.

We do not provide paid shipping for returns. Please note we do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us. We recommend you use a track and trace service to be safe.
