Placing your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you for any reason. All orders are subject to stock availability. We will e-mail you to confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order.

No order will be processed until payment is made in full. We do not currently accept gift vouchers. Only one promotion code may be used per order. We accept the following methods of payment; Laser, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Canceling your Order
If your item has already been dispatched you may be liable for all postage costs. Please e-mail us or send a message at ellenfabfillies@gmail.com stating that you would like to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason at our own discretion. Cancelled Orders will be refunded as per our refund policy and can take 10-15 working days to process. Please refer to our REFUND POLICY for details
Returns
All returns/refunds are processed in accordance with our returns policy. ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED OVER 10-15 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE WE RECEIVE IT BACK. This is to allow for restocking, admin and to allow for your own bank to also process the monies back into your account. Please note that we have no control over the time it takes your bank to process the monies back into your account. Once the refund has been done by us it is up to your own bank to process the monies.
