If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition, with tags intact, within 7 days of receipt.  We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.

 

You have 7 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.

 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility - unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us at sales@fabfillies.com and we will arrange pick up.

 

**Please note if the tag/attached label has been removed from a fascinator we cannot accept this for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons. So, please leave the tags attached until you are fully satisfied with your new fascinator.

 

Please ensure you include the order form in the return package so we can trace your order.

We will process your return within 48hrs of receiving your parcel.

Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement.

Order Cancellations

Under the Ireland / United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from fabfillies.com, for a full refund.  Order cancellations must be made by email to sales@fabfillies.com

 

Wrong Item Received

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact sales@fabfillies.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will arrange pick up of the item and a replacement will be sent immediately.

 

***Extra charges for delivery may apply in the following circumstances:

 

•If you have changed the address where goods are to be delivered at short notice or after the goods have been shipped

•If delivery is more costly due to factors that you have failed to inform us of.

•If products have to be re-delivered due to access problems at the delivery address.

•If products have to be re-delivered due to the fact that there was no individual over the age of 18 available to sign for the goods on delivery.
